Celestia Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase of personalized digital certificates and add-ons offered by Celestia through its website and other authorized sales channels.

By checking the acceptance box and completing the payment, the buyer declares that they had access to this document, that they were able to consult it, and that they accept its conditions.

1. Identification of Celestia

Celestia is the trade name used by:

2. Acceptance of the terms

Before making the payment, the buyer must:

2. Consult the total price.
3. Have access to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Have access to the Privacy Notice.
5. Check the acceptance box.
6. Select the purchase and pay button.

Acceptance of these Terms does not represent authorization to receive advertising. If Celestia offers the sending of news or promotions, it must be requested through a separate, voluntary, initially unchecked option. The consumer retains the right to decide not to receive commercial notices.

3. Capacity to make purchases

The purchase must be made by a person with the legal capacity to contract.

When the person wishing to acquire a product is a minor, the purchase must be made with the authorization and participation of their parent, guardian, or legal representative.

Celestia may cancel or suspend an operation when there are reasonable indications of fraud, identity theft, unauthorized use of the payment method, or breach of these Terms.

4. Nature of Celestia products

Celestia certificates are personalized digital products of a symbolic, artistic, and commemorative nature.

The acquisition of a certificate does not represent:

• The purchase or ownership of a part of the sky.
• The acquisition of rights over the sun, the moon, the stars, the clouds, or other natural phenomena.
• The exclusive reservation of a date or celestial phenomenon.
• A registration before a public authority.
• An astronomical, scientific, meteorological, or legal certification.
• A guarantee that the sky had exactly the appearance represented in the design.

The images and compositions used are visual representations inspired by the selected moment.

The value of the product lies in its personalization, presentation, and emotional meaning.

5. Content of the Celestia certificate

The exact content will be that shown on the site before making the payment.

According to the selected options, a certificate may include:

• Name of the person to whom it is dedicated.
• Name of the giver, when chosen to be shown.
• Selected celestial moment.
• Date provided by the buyer.
• Dedication.
• Internal registration folio.
• Registration QR code.
• Lunar phase.
• Zodiac sign.
• Season of the year.
• Digital thank-you letter.
• Digital bookmarks.
• Other details indicated in the product description.

Free, optional, or paid elements will be clearly identified during the personalization process.

The description shown and accepted at the time of purchase will form part of the order conditions.

6. Optional add-ons

Celestia may offer add-ons that will be added only when the buyer expressly selects them.

6.1 Exclusive Edition seal

The Exclusive Edition seal identifies a special treatment of the certificate and may include the elements described on the site, such as a seal, limited registration, or digital postcard.

The exclusivity corresponds to the edition or presentation acquired. It does not grant ownership or exclusivity over:

• The date.
• The celestial phenomenon.
• The sky type.
• The season.
• The lunar phase.
• Other natural or astronomical elements.

When the edition has a limited number of folios, the amount or scope of that limitation must be shown before the purchase.

6.2 Digital postcard

The digital postcard is a complementary piece intended to announce or share that a moment was dedicated to a person.

It does not replace the certificate and may contain a summarized version of the information.

6.3 Overframe

Overframe is a visual adaptation through which the image extends to an additional section of the frame.

Unless the description expressly states otherwise, this add-on is digital and does not include printing or a physical frame.

6.4 Voice of the moment

Voice of the moment allows the certificate to include a QR code linked to a URL or file provided by the buyer.

Celestia may insert the QR or link following the characteristics indicated in the form, but will not necessarily host or manage the audio.

7. Purchase process

To complete an order, the buyer must:

1. Select the certificate.
2. Choose the celestial moment.
3. Provide the requested information.
4. Select the desired add-ons.
5. Review names, dates, dedications, links, and other data.
6. Consult the summary and total price.
7. Accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice.
8. Make the payment.
9. Receive the corresponding confirmation.

The order will start being processed when:

• The payment is confirmed.
• The required information is complete.
• The files or links can be used.
• There is no pending clarification.

The applicable legislation provides mechanisms to verify that the operation represents the consumer's intent, to accept the transaction, and to keep evidence of it.

8. Prices and payments

Prices will be shown in Mexican pesos, unless another currency is expressly indicated.

Before making the payment, the total amount will be visibly presented, including:

• Certificate price.
• Selected add-ons.
• Applicable taxes.
• Discounts.
• Additional charges, when applicable.

Celestia will not add options or charges without express authorization.

Prices may change for future purchases, but the amounts of orders that have already been paid and confirmed will not be modified.

The legislation requires respecting the offered prices, conditions, restrictions, and deadlines, as well as prominently informing the total amount to be paid.

Payment may be made through [PAYMENT PROCESSOR, TRANSFER OR OTHER METHODS].

The use of the payment processor may be subject to its own conditions and security measures.

9. Information provided by the buyer

The buyer is responsible for verifying that the information provided is correct, including:

• Names.
• Dates.
• Dedications.
• Punctuation marks.
• Email address.
• Links.
• QR codes.
• Images.
• Design preferences.

Celestia will use the information confirmed when completing the purchase.

When an apparent obvious error is detected, Celestia may request a clarification. However, this does not mean that Celestia has the obligation to identify or correct all errors provided by the buyer.

When indispensable information is missing, the production time will be suspended until it is received.

10. Texts, images, links, and files sent

By sending content to prepare the certificate, the buyer declares that:

• They are authorized to use it.
• It does not infringe copyright, image, privacy, trademark, or other rights of third parties.
• They can provide the recipient's data for the preparation of the gift.
• The content will not be used to threaten, harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone.
• The files and links do not contain harmful or unlawful elements.

The buyer retains the rights they hold over their content.

By providing it, they authorize Celestia to use it in a limited and temporary way to:

• Prepare the order.
• Review the design.
• Deliver the files.
• Address corrections.
• Temporarily keep a backup.

The processing of personal data is explained in more detail in the Privacy Notice.

11. Content that Celestia may reject

Celestia may reject, suspend, or request the replacement of content that:

• Is contrary to the law.
• Infringes the rights of third parties.
• Contains threats, harassment, or impersonation.
• Promotes discrimination or hatred.
• Violates the privacy of another person.
• Contains sexually explicit material.
• Violates or exploits children or adolescents.
• Incorporates malicious links or harmful files.
• May cause reasonably foreseeable harm.

When possible, the content will be allowed to be replaced to continue with the production.

If it is not possible to complete the order, Celestia will inform the buyer and will determine the appropriate cancellation or refund, considering the work done and the rights recognized by the legislation.

12. Voice of the moment and external platforms

The buyer must verify that the link or QR code:

• Directs to the correct content.
• Has viewing permissions.
• Does not require an inaccessible account for the recipient.
• Does not have an immediate expiration.
• Does not contain unauthorized information.

Celestia may review that it works during production, but cannot guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.

Celestia will not be responsible when the link stops working later due to:

• Deletion or movement of the file.
• Change of permissions.
• Closure or suspension of an account.
• Modification of the link.
• External platform failure.
• Subsequent action by the buyer or a third party.

If the problem derives from an incorrect incorporation made by Celestia, it will be corrected at no cost.

13. Delivery and download

Once the payment is confirmed and the necessary information is received, Celestia will generate the digital certificate and make it available to the buyer through a download from the site, a personal link, or email.

The certificate is delivered in digital format (PDF) unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

The buyer is responsible for keeping the file and the associated verification codes.

Reprints, resends, or regenerations requested outside the period or conditions described may have a cost, which will be informed in advance.

14. Right of withdrawal

When the applicable legislation recognizes the right of withdrawal, the buyer may exercise it within the period and under the conditions provided by law.

Since Celestia certificates are personalized products prepared according to the buyer's specifications, in many cases the right of withdrawal will not apply once the production has started, in accordance with the exceptions provided in the legislation.

When applicable, Celestia will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

15. Changes, corrections, and support

When the buyer detects an error in the delivered content, they may request a correction within the periods and under the conditions described on the site.

Celestia may perform corrections at no cost when the error is attributable to the production.

Change requests that imply remaking the certificate for causes attributable to the buyer may have a cost, which will be informed in advance.

Support is provided through the contact channels indicated in the Privacy Notice and in this document.

16. Warranties and limitations

Celestia commits to preparing the certificate according to the confirmed information and to maintaining the quality of the delivered product.

The warranty is limited to the correction or refund of the product when there are defects attributable to Celestia.

Celestia will not be responsible for:

• The use that the recipient or third parties give to the certificate.
• The interpretation that third parties make of the content or of the included symbols.
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or any consequence that is not reasonably foreseeable at the time of sale.
• Failures in external platforms that store or transmit the files.
• Incorrect information provided by the buyer.

17. Intellectual property

The contents of the site, the certificate designs, the templates, the texts, the images, the trademarks, the logos, and other elements are the property of Celestia or of the rights holders who have authorized their use.

The buyer may not reproduce, distribute, transform, or publicly communicate the contents for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

When the certificate incorporates materials provided by the buyer, the responsibility for the rights over those materials lies with the person providing them.

18. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Celestia Privacy Notice, available on the website.

By accepting these Terms, the buyer confirms that they have read and understood the Privacy Notice.

19. Communications

Celestia may send the buyer communications related to their order, delivery, support, and legal obligations.

Promotional communications will require separate and voluntary consent, in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

20. Claims and authorities

The buyer may file claims through the contact channels indicated in this document.

When applicable, the buyer may go to the competent authorities to file complaints or reports related to the purchase, the product, or the exercise of their rights.

The applicable legislation recognizes the right of consumers to file complaints and to receive a response within the established periods.

21. Service suspension

Celestia may suspend the service temporarily or permanently when:

• There are technical, operational, or force majeure causes that justify it.
• Improper, fraudulent, or contrary uses to these Terms are detected.
• It is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or interests of Celestia, its customers, or third parties.
• A competent authority orders it.

When the suspension is scheduled, Celestia will try to inform with reasonable anticipation.

22. Modifications to these Terms

Celestia may modify these Terms and Conditions to address:

• Legal reforms.
• Authority criteria.
• New products or add-ons.
• Improvements in the sales or delivery processes.
• Changes in the platforms used.

The current version will be published on the website and, when the changes are substantial, the buyers will be informed through the registered contact channels.

Purchases made before the publication of the changes will be governed by the version in force at the time of purchase, unless the law requires something different.

23. Acceptance

Before completing the payment, the buyer may have access to a checkbox with the following text:
